This is to lanche the idea of a future international meeting yielding global educational brainstorming to set the rules for a robust calibrated universally agreed upon just world ranking system of universities from the discipline down to the specialty level.
A system of this type undoubtedly strengthens a mercantile one, especially since the indicators are defined according to the market logic.

There are a few controversial points how to set university ranking systems.
Many educators working in higher education know and agree that the student tuition amount is not directly proportional to the end quality of a program. It is also applicable for many high ranking top universities.
In this case, probably it is a good idea to start with a non-profit international accreditation system (association) represented by university professors/educators/policy makers from different countries. They should work on quality assessment and grading of university programs in specific domains.
