I isolated E.coli (oyster sample) from EC mug to EMB plates. I don’t know what happened to my other plate. The one with metallic green sheen is the positive control while the other plate is from oyster sample. Can someone explain what is this kind of bacterial reaction in plate. thank you

The bottom photo is NOT E. coli, but probably a coliform that is a slow or weak fermenter. A possibility is Klebsiella. Do a google search for different types of mucoid pink colonies on EMB and you will find some examples.

Hi. There are other Gram-negative bacteria fermenting lactose that are able to grow in such media. Enterobacteria like Klebsiella spp. can produce a slimy growth like the one in the picture. However, I am not sure you have pure culture, as you do not have isolated colonies in other areas of the petri dish.
