need a very recent paper where I can find the boundary conditions, at the different boundaries of the p and n zones in a 2D CMOS photodiode such as that of Beatriz Blanco-Filgueira Doi: 10.1109/TED.2013.2276748. I would like to have a more recent article in order to exploit the proposed boundary conditions?
