This journal and publisher send me frequent invitations for research articles with an impact factor of 3.8 and more. But somehow I feel a little suspicious due to the journal and others ain't indexed in SCI/SCIE. Precisely, in the case of this journal, the impact factor is not mentioned in Clarivate. If someone can ensure about this journal and publisher, it would help me and others as well.

The mentioned impact factor of 3.8 on their homepage has an asterisk and if you scroll down it refers to http://cosmosimpactfactor.com/ This is a notorious example of a so-called misleading metric (see also https://beallslist.net/misleading-metrics/) often used by predatory journals and publishers. So, a serious red flag. But there are more:
-Indexing info used another misleading metric: DRJI
-APC is on average at least 500 USD https://www.fortunejournals.com/article-processing-charges.php , which is way too high for basically non-indexed journals
-Google contact info and I very much doubt whether it is real
-Last but not least the publisher https://www.fortunejournals.com/ is mentioned in the updated version of the Beall’s list https://beallslist.net/#update
I would say: avoid.
