It would really help if we knew the sizes involved – we have no idea if the photos show objects that are centimetres, millimetres or what.
Second, it would help to have some detail. Where were the photos taken? When did the phenomenon start? How did it evolve? What's the problem?
You should also add some tags to it – there are biologists and mycologists out there (and I'd tag photo one with entomology) but they won't see your post without some useful tagging.
But please tell us more. I love a good puzzle!

Yvette MacBride wow – I had no idea of the existence of carpet beetles! What weird and wonderful creatures. I'm fascinated that there's a type of carpet beetle that infests violin cases and eats the bow hair. I mean, how the heck did that evolve?

This is the second time I have been looking at the images above. With the low magnification employed and the insufficient lighting, it is almost impossible to tell what is being shown. The images 2, 3, and 4 may show some kind of single, multi-celled fungal spore (cigar-shaped body of images 2 and 3). Image 4 most likely depicts single-celled dark colored fungal conidia. However, a lot more needs to be seen, in order to arrive at a valid diagnosis.
