Good afternoon, could someone help me to identify what is causing this in my Chorella vulgaris culture and if this has a possible solution.

In the attached images you can see the separated biomass when I disconnect my agitation for a moment, it tends to accumulate at the bottom as if it were separated into two phases, but when it is connected there is a uniform coloration that is getting darker as the days go by.

I have also observed the formation of a foam in the superior part of my cultures, that I associate it to that a bacterium is producing it but I have not been able to control that, some recommendation?

Likewise in the superior part of my containers it is forming like a green slime where my microalgae are staying even though I try to homogenize them, they do not unite. I have also observed a sudden brown-yellow coloration that I attribute to the presence of two types of protozoa, I have controlled this by setting up new cultures using an acid buffer (citric acid and sodium bicarbonate) and adjusting the pH to 6-6.5.

I would greatly appreciate your help, I am losing progress in my research and have not been able to figure out what to do.
