What the exact 260/280 ratio 1.82 or 1.76? Any how the DNA sample 260/280 ratio above 1.8 is good for PCR. And if it is genomic DNA sample use upto 500ng per reaction (For plasmid 50ng is sufficient).

Although your 260/230 ratio is low the contamination may not inhibit the PCR reaction. The polymerases are not that sensitive. So just try it. In case you try to quantify and compare different samples, I recommend an additional purification step.

Uwe Borgmeyer...if the 260/230 ratio is lower..it means we have contamination in our sample which absorbs at 230 nm..Should i proceed to PCR
