I have noticed that a book may be reviewed many times and these reviews are written by different authors and published in different journals. Can we consider this a 'redundancy'? Or is it alright since each reviwer will look at the book from a different perspective? Is there a way to coordinate between publishers in this issue?

I think it's okay because it's just an opinion, not a an actual study
It is quite logical to do so inasmuch as the fact that every reviewer might have a different vantage point which per se may add to the quality of the book.
