Hi,
I'm currently running MrBayes 3.2.7a on some pretty short virus sequences (~400bp) and my analysis is getting cut short due to a segmentation fault. My machine is running Ubuntu 16.04 LTS. Below is the output from MrBayes. Does anyone have any experience in resolving similar errors?
