can anybody of you give me advice how to most effective deglycosylate purified protein? My protein of interest is glycosylated on three Asparagines in its sequence (N-glycosylation). Protein was produced using S2 insect cells and has been secreted into media. I would like to try crystalization trials with my protein, so I need most homogenic product....

Dear Maroš Huličiak this is a very interesting technical question. As a synthetic inorganic chemist I'm absolutely no expert in this field. In addition to the relevant references provided by Chinaza Godswill Awuchi and Kiprotich Kiptum I strongly suggest that you should also search the "Publications" section of RG for other helpful literature. For example, just search on RG for the term "protein deglycosylation" and then click on "Publications":
