I am writing a thesis about Legg Calvé Perthes Disease and I need to sort the patients into groups using the Mose classification. My problem is that I don't understand how you can use absolute measurements (millimeters) on an anteroposterior of frog-legg x-ray without knowing the scale of the x-ray. Could someone explain to me how you use the Mose template with the concentric circles?
