I have a question about the Morris method
Morris Screening helped identify the parameter significance ranking.
Ok now after performing a sensitivity analysis with Morris method
How can I choose the number of parameters to consider as significant for the rest of the study,
I mean is there any study i can use to make this choice?

The parameters that you can identify as significant are those with either a high mean effect or a high standard deviation of the effect (or both).
The graph with mu on x-axis and sigma on y-axis is often very helpful as you will immediately identify the parameters to discard as they will lie close to the origin of the graph.
Alexandre Allard Hello Alexandre, once I have the graph with mu on x-axis and sigma on y-axis, is there any criteria of values for mu or sigma that I can use to decide that the mu or sigma is high?
