Hi everyone,

I am currently working on a Cu-based structure synthesized using PVP as a ligand, and during the morphological characterization, some intriguing observations have come up. While the structure shows characteristics typical of metal-organic frameworks (MOFs), certain morphological features seem to resemble MXene-like structures.

I would greatly appreciate your expert opinions on this: Do you think this structure can be classified as a MOF based on its morphology, or does it exhibit more MXene-like characteristics?

Any suggestions on characterization techniques that could help differentiate between the two would be highly valuable.

Thank you in advance for your insights!
