One of my big questions in a design science research is "How to know what kind of output is better for the research among these options Model, framework, Architectures or method. I know its completely about research area but is there any standard or principle?
The principle is the kind or type of the research work (theoretical or empirical). I believe that there is no research method correctly than others; each one follows the objectives of the research. Each result points at a different result. Indeed, as you know, the framework is the most popular style to close the theoretical work, which emerges at the end of the literature review. Afterwards, the researcher can create a theoretical or practical model: the last one, the method, when the researcher aims at creating a new theory or method.

determine the purpose of the architecting effort, views, and models needed. Plan the architecting steps to generate the views and models to meet the purpose only. Ultimately models and views should help each stakeholder reason about the structure and behaviour of the system or part of the system they represent so they can conclude that their objectives will be met. Frameworks help by establishing minimum guidelines for each stakeholder's interest. However, stakeholders can have other concerns, so use the framework requirements as a discussion to help uncover as many concerns as possible.
An architecture framework is an encapsulation of a minimum set of practices and requirements for artefacts that describe a system's architecture. Models are representations of how objects in a system fit structurally in and behave as part of the system. Views are a partial expression of the system from a particular perspective. A viewpoint is a set of representations (views and models) of an architecture that covers a stakeholder's issues.
