I have some data on olive branch size and internode number, with different irrigation treatments and different moments during the year.
I would like to verify if there is statistical significant difference between irrigation treatments and days of year (DOY).
Which statistics I must use? Two way ANOVA or Mixed design ANOVA?

If you have a within subjects factor along with a between subjects factor then you could use mixed ANOVA. I guess by "different moments during the year" you mean repeated measures from the same subject. So that will be a within subjects factor, and you will need a mixed design ANOVA.
Please note that a mixed ANOVA is by definition a two [or more] way ANOVA: two-way means there are two independent variables, and a mixed design includes a mixture of between- and within-subjects independent variables, meaning it by definition needs to have two or more independent variables. I guess your question is, rather, whether you should use a mixed, fully repeated, or fully between-subjects design. This depends on the nature of your variables. If both treatment and day of the year are fully within-subject, then you wouldn't have use for a mixed ANOVA.
