I m not expert in microwave or magnetic field phenomenon then maybe my question is basically wrong. I hope you can correct me.

In the below photo, you can see "microwave coaxial reactor". There is a copper antenna to waveguide supplying the power to the discharge chamber. But question is how copper ( permeability =1, means non-magnetic) can guide wave?

Many references are considered copper Antenna as perfect magnetic conductor. But how?
