Hi everyone,

I'm trying to use the MicrobiomeAnalyst tool but after Data Upload i can't proceed.

Follows the text summary:

When i proceed, this is the error:

"ERROR: A total of 136 samples and 14804 features or taxa are present."

I didn't find information about samples limits or OTUs limits. I also have a friend who used the MicrobiomeAnalyst tool for 148 samples and more OTUs than my data.

Has anyone else also had this problem? How to resolve?

My OTU table is already filtered for discard all OTUs that are observed fewer than 2 times.
