Mice B cell Lymphoma stable cell line generation?

I tried to develop Invitro stable B cell Lymphoma cell line obtained from the mice lymph nodes by postively selecting the B cell (CD45R Beads) and I tried to grow them using IL-4, IL-21, Baff, CD40L cytokine. I would not able to unable to generate lyphoma B cell invitro condition. Any suggestion or advice would be helpful?

@IL-6 + IL-21 combination to activate STAT3 and PI3K/AKT signaling, enhancing B cell growth potential.

BAFF + APRIL → Activate NF-κB, enhancing B cell survival.

IFN-γ → May induce B cell transformation, increasing proliferation potential.
