Method to transport cell line?

Hi,

I need to transport my BHK-21 cell line for my research. I'm planning to bring it along with me on a +- 2 hrs domestic plane journey. I've read on a few method (agarose-gel method, dry ice etc), however i cannot find, yet, any protocol using BHK-21 cell specifically. Can anyone share any protocol for the transportation.
