Hello,

I would like to liquify agar samples to measure their glucose content. Since I cannot keep the agar at a high temperature during the glucose determination, heat is sadly not an option for me to dissolve the agar. Does anyone have experience with enzymes or other methods to liquify/dissolve agar?
