Method for quantifying non-voltage-gated cell membrane receptors

I need an assay for determining the number of membrane receptors in a cell. The receptors are not voltage gated, so I can't use patch clamp techniques. An immunofluorescence method would tell me if the receptors are present or not but I need to quantify them. Any ideas?
