Meta analysis of micro-array data of virus ?

Hello every one

I am doing integrated omics data for understanding the Host-pathogen interaction specially virus, Initially i started my work on meta-analysis but there is very limited studies (because that virus comes under BSL-4),

I want some guidance and idea for the following

I plan to integrate( Micro-array+NGS+Proteomics) but i don't know the feasibility
In NCBI GEO only three GSE series are available for my objectives
Two from miRNA study but without paper
One from PBMC study
Can anyone give me some directions on above problem.
