Meta analysis of methods comparison studies?

Hi there,

I am currently in the process of extracting data for my meta-analysis. I understand that while performing a meta-analysis of methods comparison studies, the effect of a study should be expressed in terms of mean difference (MD) and 95% LOA. I have tried using RevMan and Stata, and both automatically pick MD and 95% CI for effect. Please help me with a method to use MD and 95% LOA for generating forest plot using Stata.

Your guidance will help me complete my first meta-analysis.
