Whenever I am inserting a citation in MS Word (2016), my Mendeley plugin keeps getting idle along with Ms Word. I need to close it from taskbar all the time. Anyone else facing this issue?
If anybody knows the solution, it will be of great help

Mendeley is having some issues while we upload some data set or references and citations.
It is better to contact mendeley team.
or upload a.ris or .csv file.

My Mendeley was not moving a bit along with my Word file whenever I was trying to insert. I doubt it is because of some problematic pdfs I added into the library
