Men are turned-on by breasts, crotch, vagina, legs, the idea of penetrative sex, fetishes, panties etc. etc. These are erotic turn-ons because they relate to penetrative sex or the anticipation of penetrative sex or objects that are associated with penetrative sex. Money, security and liking a man's general appearance are not EROTIC turn-ons that could ever cause sexual arousal even in a man. This is why women are not aroused with a lover.
