As Wireshark is primarily intended for network packet dissection its capabilities for high level analysis are somewhat limited. Anything that needs information from both captures it cannot analyze for you. Some protocols have relevant information in their information stream which helps analysis (eg. TCP retransmissions, RTP sequence numbering). You should use iPerf3. It is a tool for active measurements of the maximum achievable bandwidth on IP networks. Client can create UDP streams of specified bandwidth, Measure packet loss and Measure delay jitter.

The iPerf3 works in IPv4 and IPv6?? Works in Ubuntu?? With that program I don't need to do a streaming with VLC? Iperf generates a packet and do the measure??

Yes it works both for IPv4 and 6; it's cross platform you can download binaries and compile for you linux version; Client can create UDP streams of specified bandwidth and do the measure. D-ITG is a platform capable to produce traffic at packet level but it is not able to replicate a streaming.

Measure Average end to end Delay, Jitter and Packet Loss and Throughput for a WSN?

I want to measure packet loss, jitter, average end -to-end delay and throughput for a wireless sensor network, how can I do this. I badly need help and your kind response will be highly appreciated ??

Jitter is the variation in time delay between when a signal is transmitted and when it's received over a network connection.
