How likely is it that a young person who received the MMR vaccine as a child and later developed leukemia and bone marrow aplasia will catch measles from close proximity with a sick person and develop disease? What about other vaccine-preventable diseases?

Thank you Beatrice. I found several indirect reports (i.e. protective antibody titer) about loss of vaccine protection after cytostatic treatment for leukemia. However, I was unable to gather direct evidence, i.e. incidence of disease in vaccinated people who underwent cytostatic treatment with or without subsequent bone marrow failure. Or case reports, personal clinical experience...
