I don't really understand your research design, or what all the letters mean. And because your figure does not illustrate variance or confidence intervals, it's impossible to say on the basis of the figure alone whether any of the differences are significant. But if you want to test whether there is a difference between any of the treatments you would want to run an omnibus ANOVA; to compare any individual pair of bars you could then use t-tests or custom ANOVA contrasts.
