MCF10A culture medium

I am currently working with MCF10A cell lines in South Korea. However, due to current import regulations, it is very difficult to obtain cholera toxin, which is commonly used in the standard MCF10A culture medium.

I would like to ask:

Is there a known alternative to cholera toxin for culturing MCF10A cells?

Alternatively, is it possible to culture MCF10A cells without cholera toxin while still maintaining their normal phenotype and growth characteristics?

I would greatly appreciate any advice or recommendations you can provide.

I have always grown my MCF10A cells without toxin. They remained epithelial-like, migrated forward into a scratch, became confluent but never over-confluent and formed hollow spheres in 3D culture.
