Hi Sibabrata,

A paper by, Burak Ozpineci, Leon M. Tolbert, “Simulink Implementation of Induction Machine Model- A Modular Approach” IEEE, 2003 will be an excellent reference for you to model your DFIG. However, the modelling may vary according to your requirement ,in which case there is always an inbuilt model in the simulink library. Also result of your model can be compared with that of the existing model in matlab.
