Matlab Code for Spatial Correlation Mapping?

I'd like to map the spatial correlation coefficients between two variables as two distinct imageries in MATLAB environment. I have the variables in the form of gridded raster layers from different times. Can anyone suggest a convenient code for this? Any useful comment is appreciated.
