First of all :seek for answering the following question: how can we improve the system already exist in the organization...
Then make a diagnostic in order to analyze the current situation of the company or department... project,ect...
After that, you can choose a simple and a realistic model of system IT (wich you have already study in your field ) to suggest ...for example you can describe all the process for it's adoption in order to enhance the performance and quality..
