Hello everyone,

I am interested in the MIA and the Valproate models of ASD for a grant request.

I need to estimate the amount of mice I will need and I was wandering if anyone knows what is the rate of ASD pups in the litters. Do all the pups get ASD-like syndrome or do I have to account for an X amount of resilient pups?
