I only cant solve one problem in mass hunter... how can you calibrate Retention index regarding GC-MS, does anyone knows that? I have my own excel template to do it, but it would be much sweeter if i can just click on the chromatogram and i can instantly see the corresponding RI calculated by the software based on a given n-alkane injection using kovats index. I can see an option but it would require some kind of CSV template, I tried some old template i got from someone, also tried to watch videos or forums about this, asked local representative, but still no success.
