I just installed the software FlexAnalysis 3.3, when I tried to analyse the mass spectrum, firstly have to do the calibration. Normally there is a Mass control list to chose the standards.
According to the manual, it’s said: The drop down box on top of the MCL editor allows selecting a MassControlList stored at the default location. This is the directory D:\Methods\MassControlLists. No other MCL
files can be selected to avoid confusions with multiple locations.
However, the problem is that there is no D: in our computer, so this folder is automatically located in C:, and then this folder can not be identified by the software.
How can change the default path?

I guess the simplest thing would be to take a small USB stick (e.g. 1 GB size). Plug it in and assign the drive letter to D: and create the appropriate folder structure. I attached a link with the steps needed to change the drive letter.
With that, the USB stick must stay plugged in all the time. Alternative you can partition your C: drive with a small D: compartment. With that, you should save the data beforehand. Third option is of course to contact the Bruker support service directly.
