In following model, ABCD impacts E. E impacts F. F impacts G. H and I are moderators. In most studies impact of ABCD on E is measured by experiment and measured using ANOVA. Can I measure ANOVA and SEM together in single model?

SEM is suitable here, since it is the second generation analytical technique, while ANOVA is first generation analytical technique. In addition, SEM simultaneously estimate multiple regression models, as is the case with your model. ANOVA may be suitable for differential analyses. I would recommend applying only SEM or in extended analysis run multi-group analysis.
