Hi everyone, I'm trying to do a MANOVA analysis in R using vegan package. However it is my first time doing it and I do not know how to order my results to construct the matrix. Here is the header of my data:

Isolate Maize Tissue_part Pectinase Cellulase Protease Amylase

I have the results of the activities tested, and I want to compare if there is a difference between them in function of maize (two different) and/or tissue_part (four different).

If anyone could help me I will apreciate so much.
