Dear sirs

We are developing a project to release and monitor macaws.

This species has considerable beak strength and some of the radio transmitter manufacturers have already warned us that birds should be able to break the transmitters.

Seeking an alternative to this problem, we thought of two solutions:

1) Develop a non-operational and indestructible copy of the transmitter, so that birds can get used to it before receiving the transmitter itself.

2) Coat the operational transmitters with epoxy resin reinforced with carbon fiber or kevlar fiber, to increase the strength of the housing.

So as not to reinvent the wheel, I come here to kindly ask my colleagues what kind of solutions you found for this challenge.

Thank you very much
