Dear all,

As you know, the loss minimization control has been extensively addressed in many papers for both induction motors, and recently for doubly fed induction generators used in wind energy conversion systems.

I am making a deep literature survey on this subject; more specifically, my main interest is on loss model-based methods (not the search methods).

I have seen several discrepancies in the relevant papers. One of them is the question that either the core losses of a DFIG in a standard connection should be included in the objective function (i.e. total loss statement)? The point is that the stator flux is nearly constant in this scheme and the core loss has thus been taken constant in some papers.

Would you please guide me in this regard?
