I am interested in getting your feedback on how this new emerging technology will disrupt current approaches to getting nucleic acids proteins and large plasmids like those in Cas9 into  primary and stem cells.  The product is in late stage development and more information is available on request. I would be interested to get your valuable opinions as to how this capability will revolutionize gene engineering?

-The technology uses no Reagent or Virus

-Works with most primary cells, stem cells or cell lines

- Highly efficient and leaves cells viable as though nothing was done do them

- Is a platform technology which can also work to not only insert nucleic acids, but also proteins, peptides and small molecules into the cells

- is scalable to production levels, but also works on small numbers of cells

- works with immune cells

-Can work with Crispr-Cas9 without having to insert plasmid into cell, but rather inserts only guide RNA and Cas9 protein.

Thanks
