I tried to making supercold storage tank about -20c. First i think to use water but water has freezing point at 0c. It's fail. Then i use water 50% mix with ethylene glycol 50% freezing point is ok -35c. But mix resolution has low heat capacity (normally ethylene glycol has lower heat capacity) please advice me ,what solutions are typically used in supercold storage industry?
