Thanks a lot for the article. But in that paper, the sperms were not completely destructed, just separated the head and tail. But I need the complete destruction of the sperms cells, as I have to do antioxidant assay in the sperms.

The protocol which I have followed, also separate the head and tail of the sperms but did not completely destruct the sperms cells.
