Hello,
I'd like to measure NFkB p65 subunit DNA binding in RAT brain regions. I guess the simplest way to do is to use a kit dedicated to this, but I cannot find, in commercial kits' datasheets, that the kit does work with nuclear extracts from brain tissue.
I would be very grateful if someone who already experienced DNA binding of p65 could advice me.

Active motif has a commercially available kit that will allow you to do this, they also offer a nuclear extraction kit that is compatible with the kit.

If you look- there are specific kit for p65.
We have previously used it in our laboratory and gotten some good results.
