I want to use this attenuation relationship (suitable for central Italy) in probabilistic analysis therefore It must consider the soil type as a random variable with a certain probabilistic distribution.
Moreover, If there is any formula or methodology in which soil type from the epicenter to the target point is taken to account for obtaining an attenuation relationship, I would appreciate it if you introduce it.

here you can find the paper describing the new seismic hazard model in Italy (https://www.earth-prints.org/handle/2122/14706?mode=full) where a considerable amount of ground motion models (GMM) are used, most of them being suitable for central Italy.
For the second question, I am not sure what you are asking. Did you mean "how can I build an attenuation relationship (GMM) and taking in to account the Vs variability?"

Actually, I need an attenuation relationship suitable for central Italy in which the effect of soil type is considered more accurate than just some limit classification (A, B, C, D) for instance I want to know if there is any Attenuation relationship (AR)which is formulated based on shear wave velocity instead of a discrete variable of soil type or no? if there is no such formula I am interesting to know if there is any AR in which soil type is considered as a probabilistic parameter (with a certain mean and sd, for example in case the distribution is Gaussian).
