Looking at Advanced Care Planning (ACP) in Africa. Does anyone know of any applicable legislation in any African country which supports ACP?

I am looking at the legislative development prevalent in the rest of the world with regards to ACP and want to know if there are any legislation concerning this in Africa. Would appreciate any feedback.
