I am researching to detect object inside image. What will be the algorithm in python / R using machine learning to detect some image inside another image ?

I am intending to detect damaged crops, stagnant water from satellite image of lands. I need to detect them inside image. What will be my goal to achieve this ? Please advise me with some source codes / useful links.
