Hi all, I am trying to assess the following points:

1) How important would be for your behavioral experiments being able to monitor the mouse locomotor activity in their home cage where the animals are also bred.

Would it help you to exclude or at least take into consideration  group of animals with an aberrant hyper or hipo locomotor activity in case you conduct any behavioral experiment that would involve locomotion?

2) How important would be for you to be able to detect behavioral abnormalities of animals that are implanted (e.g. electrodes/pumps) and the recovery is not going well?

Thanks.
