How is it that a local languages (Telugu) EMMRC Videos at Osmania University have high priority or equal to International Publications like SPRINGER Publications.
Does Osmania University offer telugu medium of education at POST GRADUATION or RESEARCH LEVEL.
Are the THESIS written in LOCAL LANGUAGES?
Is local language understood by all the researchers in the world or is it a source / medium of education through the world?
Should International Publication (Springer ) be thrown to dustbin?

I think nothing can go wrong as such but it will be an ideal approach to communicate in a language known globally with lots of joy and convenience.
Dear researcher.THere are foreign journals too who publish papers in French and German languages.These are meant for many a young academicians who have a knowledge of research but not that of English.As a researcher we should only see the knowledge part and not the language.
