Hi everyone, I'm looking for papers on how to support low-educated or blue-collar employees in engaging with workplace learning.

Are there any researchers you’d recommend following on this topic? I'm especially interested in work that goes beyond listing personal or organizational factors influencing motivation. I'm looking for studies that explore what kinds of training formats actually work—especially for individuals with challenging learning backgrounds.

This could include approaches that differ from traditional (even gamified) training formats.

Thanks in advance for any leads!
