Hi, I want to know what are the python packages available for metabolomic data analysis. I have heard that R programming is best for statistical analysis and has some good packages in it. But I already knew some basics on python, but nothing in R. And also don't want to learn a new language anymore.

Nikolay Bezverkhnii thanks but what about gcms visualization tool. i have used openMS for LCMS. can i use the same for gcms?
